• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

• Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• Illegal activities or misconduct may result in termination of the stay without refund.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

7. Changes to Terms
